What is the return and exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
How do I ensure I pick the right size?
Each product page features a detailed size chart with measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend comparing these measurements with a well-fitting garment you already own.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Tistabene ships primarily within India. However, we are working on expanding our logistics to serve our global fashion community very soon.
How should I care for my Tistabene apparel?
To maintain the quality of the fabric and print, we recommend machine washing in cold water with similar colors and ironing on the reverse side. Specific care instructions are provided on the garment tag.
