Quality Check
Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact for a successful inspection.
Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive within 48-72 hours to collect the package from your doorstep.
Refund or Replacement
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item.
